Good old days
Bob
Well Lisa you didnt really miss much this year was the coldest winter we had in 50 years water hear in Tampa bay got down to 51 degress killed half the snook an sand perch , I work in the historic fishing village of Cortez right off of Anna Marie Island, But I must say I enjoyed it, Like I enjoy a good high ball run while Iam playing snooker! Or to make things real interesting a game of nine ball banks on the 5x10 at the local room with shimmed pockets! The only thing I like better is a brisk Autum morning about 45 -50 degrees the sun coming up riding at a full gallop on my cousins 1800 acre farm Where I used to live in Ga, makes you feel like theres not a care in the world! Have a good one.:thumbup:Holy crap! I think I remember that car from when I lived in P-cola back in the late 70's early 80's!!! Actually lived in Warrenton, and practically lived out at Johnson's Beach! Was up and down Perdido Key as I had friends out there. Regular stops were the FloraBama Lounge and the Cutty Sark...LoL! We're talking the days BEFORE there was one single condo on the beach...pristine!
That car was HAWT!!!! Loved that Competition Orange!
BTW, to keep this pool related.....this was where I first started to really play pool, with the Navy boys...LoL. I NEVER paid for a beer, used to have them stacked up and giving them away...hehehe. I was married to a real A-hole at the time...he couldn't stand that I played better pool than him....he got so mad one night, he broke his cue in half. Then I came home from work to find that he had sold my cue to a friend of his. 'Course, this was the same guy that found out I was riding his motorcycle daily when he was out on the boat for two weeks at a time....training carrier...and when he got back, GAVE the bike away...what a total a$$!!
Lisa <==== misses the good ol' days in the FL sun!![]()
