need help with a cue ID

A friend of mine has had this cue in his shop for years,

does not know who the maker is.

Is that a metal butt cap?

That looks sort of like an old McDermott weight bolt.


I hope somebody knows this one.

yes its a metal butt cap,

which is really weird i hope someone can tell who makes it.

that is a very strange way to do the buttcap. Where did you pick this cue up?
