Just as the title suggests, I need some help on color of the wrap for this Block letter Joss.
It’s being refinished, and yes I know some will say “no don’t refinish” I had to had an issue that had to be corrected so wrap had to come off.
Oh it also may have a slightly lighter stain on the forearm possibly as well.
Anyway let me know what you think.

I would probably either go with linen that was fairly close (color wise) to the original, or a smooth/scotch/pebble grain black leather. Martin (aka jazznpool) here at AZB can probably assist you with your needs. He's about as good as it gets when it comes to leather wraps.
Best regards

The wrap on the cue looks like Cortland linen, which will have a very different feel than any linen wrap you will be able to get now. I would go with a leather wrap.

First choice would be white/green spec Cortland. Otherwise, I'd go with that smooth black leather Garczar mentioned.

White with double black linen would look great.

They didn't put Courtland on every cue. It would be interesting to see the bottom side of the wrap where its glued. The original color should show.

I'm a big fan of textured / embossed black lizard skin or black and white ring tail to combine looks, comfort, and a nice tactile feel while holding the cue. I could see either working with this Joss, though it might look too fancy for many.
