I filmed my stroke for the first time today, after 3 years of playing.
I have had a problem, when I make a powerdraw, I hit the CB too low, and it flies, some times off the table...
I found that the problem is that I lift my elbow when I stroke. I don't do it when I do my pre-strokes, only in the shot.
I try to think about it, and keep it in mind. But even though I think about it, it still moves. A little less, but still I raise it a bit, and I don't even feel it.
I tried to make a little sketch of it, to see the difference.. Just if anyone else would like to see it. I am a visual person, so it help me to make drawings.
NOW, I would like some suggestions on how to keep the elbow at the same place...
