I was thinking of the old St. Moritz cue Adams did that has a lot of similarities with this one.This screams Taiwan to me, not Japan.

The Japanese aesthetic just does not cotton to frivolity like that!
But it's an interesting cue and if I had stumbled across it I would have bought it too!
You're right, It is not an Adam and is a China import. Crest had their brand on them at one time and probably others as well.Not ADAM quality. Taiwan most likely.
