What size staples do I use for installing new rails and felt on a bar box?

It depends on the rails. I typically use 1/4" long staples to install cloth, but if the rails have been stapled out a lot over time, you may have to go with 3/8" to keep them to hold.

I used a combination of spray glue and 1/2 crown- 5/16 leg duo fast staples on the back side of rail ends to hold the cloth that wraps around...

For most of the rail, yes, but I have yet to see someone get a good stretch in the corners using spray glue.

That is where neutral 10 comes in. You can get alot of stretch and not have to worry about puckers in the corners, because you can use the scissors and cut it flush without staples underneath. Fits to the table perfect and i have no stripped rail bolts because of it.:thumbup:
