At one time, Franks Center handled Instroke repairs. I suspect if you contact them, they can help you.

Took mine to a local boot and leather guy after finding it was to expensive to send it to Instroke. Don't know what yours needs but mine needed both zippers on the long pocket. Cost me a $100.

Billy Mays sells this great fabric glue. That may be an alternative option

i took two of mine to a shoe repair place in the mall to repair zippers on both and it cost $30

The problem with the case is that both of the latches on the lid and the small pocket are broke completly off the inside is their but the latch is gone. i thought of a shoe repair place there is just nothing in about 50 square miles of where i live in MN. if any one else has any suggestions please keep the answers coming thx again guys jason.

Don't know if you have already done this but Instroke might be your only answer unless you can find the parts yourself.You can reach them on their website.But heres a thought. There might be someone in your area that does sidebags for motorcycles. If you couldn't get to them at least they may have latches that would work? Good luck
