Need Info. on Delta Billiard Table

I just finished looking at this table it is an 8ft. table with a ball return system it appears to be a 1 piece 1 inch slate (not sure though). Couldn't find any info. on the internet when I did a search. Can somebody fill me with any additional info. and if I should stay away like the plague from purchasing table. Here are a couple of pictures.

Looks like a GC knock-off with cheap laminates.
Delta was in the LA area afaik.
Used ones were pretty common in this are about 10-20 years ago.

those tables have weak frames that lead to sagging slates, also the rails are bolts to plywood.
