As best as I can tell, I have all my settings done correctly to send & receive PMs, yet I'm being told others can't PM me, they're getting a message that I've elected not to receive PMs.
I'm a member of several other vBulletin user forums and like to think I sort of know what I'm doing...anyways, any mod help would be greatly appreciated.
