I'm trying to sell this cue on ebay for $529 with the make an offer addition.

The guys at my local poolroom seems to think I'm asking a fair price.

As for now I've had over 200 views and 20 some watchers without one

offer. The cue is a friends that is waiting to start his new job, but

needs some cash until then. My question to you guys is do you

think I'm asking too much or is it just the economy? If I thought I

would get my $ back I'd just give him the $500 he wants for it. Its

a Jerry Olivier 19oz w/a new black kamui soft.

I would be thankful for your opinions.

Paul

I think its the ecomomy and the abundance of idiots on ebay. I have had several of my cues one there, all of them custom and none of them went for what they are worth. If you put a Moochie on there you will get 97 bids in the first hour. No disrespect to Moochies....well yeah disrespect to Moochies. LOL. If you start it at .99 and set a reserve you might get more action. Just my opinion.

Plus you may want to spend 10 more minutes on pictures, less artificial lighting and more sunshine, one butt sleeve, one forearm and one whole cue picture that's sharp and you may get even more interest in it.

I hope it works out for you,

Cue sales are bad now a days But 560 would be great if the market was better.

Imho your asking price would be a good sale price for the cue (used) in a good market. Very few real buyers these days....lots of traders or people just looking for an exceptional buy.
