A customer brought this cue into my business today, the cue has a birdseye forearm and a birdseye butt with points that have a single Black Veneer in both locations. The cues has a single shaft, with a Westinghouse Macarta Ferrule. The cues butt cap is made from Delrin and the bumper is held in place by a screw.

If anyone has an idea who may have made this cue please let me know.

Not sure about the cuemaker but I would say the forearm is from a Schmelke blank.

The joint rings are reminding me of a super early Joss...

John the Grinder here in Chicago, (way back in the day) had a similar cue, I dunno, that's my guess...

Nice stick regardless...
