Recently some one brought this machine into my shop, I need to find out what it is worth, if parts are still available, and how old it is.

Any help would be appreciated

most of it is from Taig lathe parts. The rack and pinion is a coarer pitch from the std taig.
New taig lathes sell for about $456 with a drill chuck.
I think Chris Hightower is the maker/seller of those. He had a bigger through bore compared to the taig lathe to make a tipping lathe.

Yep ... Call the maker himself ... Chris Hightower.
He can answer all you questions and provide parts and services for that lathe.

That is the Old Micro Cue Smith 1, most likely built in the mid 1990s.
I sent a PM with more info.
