Need some help with assembly of rings.

I would like to create a black and white ring for a cue. I will be duplicating the rings from my 73" Huebler.
Cutting the parts and materials will not be a problem no mater what materials are suggested here.

I have some black and white delrin. I believe that I could cut the pieces to create any ring work from it easily but I have no idea at all how to glue it up.

What sort of epoxy would be good for bonding delrin to delrin or delrin to wood?

Would anyone care to recomend alternate materials to use to fabricate ringwork that will be white and black?
Ivory is out.
As I said, cutting the pieces to build the ringwork will be easy as I have vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, dividing heads, rotabs, etc all fully tooled up.

Those of you that build cues, what materials would you use to create black and white rings or inlays. Seems to me that Ebony and Holly would be nice but the rings I intend to duplicate are clearly synthetic and not wood.

Thanks,
Eddie

You can't use Delrin. Nothing sticks to it. Plus you can't put a finish on it.
For black, use linen base phenolic. For whites, use micarta sheet.

Ditto what Joey said...
Ivorine III works for white, but it's tricky to keep clean.

Black phenolic and micarta or from a naturalist use ebony and Holley.

I have micarta here now.
Two questions.
What is a good source for black phenolic or micarta?
What is the best (or a tried and true) epoxy to glue it up?

Thanks,
Eddie
