I need to discuss my options concerning my 8' Kasson table.

I'm thinking about totally re-doing the table, new cloth and rails and leveling.
Really need to know if it's worth the effort or would I be better off
just getting a new Diamond. It's a three piece slate model.

I would also be looking for someone to do the work.

Yes, there is no doubt I would be pleased with a new table, but before I go in that direction I need to be sure it is the correct move. The table I have is decent, could be better. I use it about six month per year, how much would you think it would cost to fix vs the cost of new Diamond which I think is approximately $4000?

just my two cents...

If you end up going with a new Diamond, IMHO, go with the Diamond Professional instead of the Pro-Am so you don't have to see that lower assembly... when I play on those, I always think I'm going to bang my knees into it... don't get me wrong, it's a wonderful table to play on, but that lower black portion is an eye-sore, where there is absolutely nothing to complain about with the full Pro version.
