NOT THIS TIME!!!!!!!!!

I wrote the title like that because when I posted something Negative I had 100 views and soon after I posted something Positive and had 5.

So Please READ ON..

I posted awhile back where I had problems with some of the Diamond delivery guys. And that being true. I want to say since that day Brain and the staff and Diamond Billiards has really TURNED THEIR ACT AROUND.. After the first crew left, about a week later Paul came to level the table and after about an hour and a half tweaking he decided that the slate was machined off and it wasn't fixable. BUMMER RIGHT!! During this time I inquired about how much it would cost to get my pockets reduced from 4 1/2 to 4 1/4. And as most of you know this is no Cheap or Easy task (about 1k).

Well to Fix the situation Diamond offered me to bring a BRAND NEW TABLE (had tournament used), with 4 1/4 pockets, Brand New Simonis 860 Tournament Blue, they threw in a Diamond table cover, and few T-shirts. (maybe a set of Cyclops skittle););). The Original table has been left for me to play on until the New table gets to me. Eta.. 1 Month

Anyway the Point Is.. Diamond is going out of their way to make things right me. I am not a Pool Room owner with 20 tables. I am the Little Guy with 1 Diamond Pro-Am.

I AM A COSTOMER FOR LIFE!!

Thanks for sharing that. I have a Diamond 9' Professional I purchased used. It is a fantastic table. After having owned it for a year and putting in lots and lots of hours, I can't imagine ever settling for anything less.
 
Nice to hear! As soon as I have the space I'll be ordering a 9' Diamond Pro table....what do those even go for? Don't really want to start the process of talking to a dealer when I can't actually make a purchase yet, but nice to have an idea of a ballpark for them. These are the tables I play on now at the local pool hall and I really like them.
 
My wife said no to a new Diamond pro back in 2008 so I talked her into the Diamond folding table. This is a laundry table built for folding laundry fresh out of the dryer.
Realkingcobra set it up for her and it has stayed perfect since that day.

When the wife is gone I pull off the cover and it doubles as a pool table shhhhhhh let's keep this between us.

Nice post. Glad to see that diamond stepped up. Most of the times you hear about their excellent customer service so your experience surprised me. Thanks for coming back on and telling us the outcome. I'm still saving for my diamond !
 
Thanks for taking the time to read this.. I had a lot of bad input from the first post. I work in costumer service myself and its impossible to make everyone happy. But as a company you should go out of Your way to try.
 
Just wanted people to take a look. I really think company's/ people that do the right thing should be acknowledged!
