Hey AZers!
I just received a shipment of the new version of the Magic Ball Rack. The new racks are black and are still available for 8 ball or 9/10 ball. They no longer make a separate 9 and 10 ball rack; instead you get two 10 ball racks that can be used for either game.

The racks are made of .14mm black plastic (older version was clear plastic) and can be rolled up for easy storage and portability and not loose their shape. They are so thin that they can be left on the table without interfering with play if so desired or you just pick it up after the break.

Pricing is as follows:
8 Ball: $10
9/10 Ball: $10
8/9/10 Ball Set: $20

Shipping via USPS First Class Mail included in price

Paypal is preferred. PM me for payment/shipping info

I think I saw a clear one for 9 ball the other night, and it just sits on the table, how does it make a tight true rack, or is it just a guide, does it have dimples in it or something? The one that I had seen was clear and had the 9 shape with numbers or something on it. Can you explain please? I just have never seen them before.

They just came out with black ones. The older version was clear. They are made of very thin plastic that have cut outs along the edges that balls rest on so they don't shift out of formation or roll like they do when you move a traditional rack. After you break you can remove the magic rack from the table after all balls are clear of the rack. With the new black ones the 8 ball racks are the same just black and they no longer make a separate 9 and 10 ball rack. Instead you get 2-10 ball racks and you can use them for either game.

They actually work good ..at least I like them..Im glad they made them a color now , cause I lost mine a couple times even know it was right in front of me the whole time..lol. Im gonna get the black though so it's not so hard to see. About the use. every now and then a ball is in the rack , but you can get the rack out ,,or just place the ball back exactly..no big deal..It's easy to mark where the ball is and lift the rack, it's thin and the balls roll right over it without interupting But I think it's a good tight , ball touching racks every time... I like it,,but there are still some that have a problem with it,,,< ED

Yes I can ship to Canada. I won't charge additional shipping for first class mail. If you'd like it priority it's $12 for shipping.

Perfect rack every time! I have the older clear set and love them. After you get use to it, you'll have a perfect rack in about 30 sec's. or less. I don't really care for the 8 ball rack but the 9/10 are awesome.

in my opinion one of the most impressive inventions in Billiards for a very long time. Easy to carry, simple to use and very effective.
In Germany it already is legalized for official Tournaments and Championships and if I saw right, it has been used recently at the Phillipines open.

There are also some white racks out there- don´t buy them. It´s so annoying to see the white stuff on the table. Clear is cool, but best in my experience is the black one. The colour doesn´t distract attention and you´re going to find it again- no matter wher you placed it.

Thumbs up for this gadget, which soon will completely replace the old racks in 9 and 10- Ball.
