New Cuesmith.com site

Chris, Nice updates and Much easier to Navigate and Process, THRU!!

Glad to see the next Gen of Ordering Systems in place,

I am sure this will increase orders and visits to your site, which is nice, since this is why you did it in the first place.

All the best, to you and will be placing another order with you in the near future,

Mike K

Very nice, I always hated trying to find something on the other site. Glad you got this done. I'm sure you will see a boost in sales.
One bad thing, doing it off the old site insured that I would have to call, so now I wouldn't get to talk to some one on the phone that speaks my language. Southern.
Great job
Steve

Im sure Chris has talked with me enough. Now I wont have to call. ...unless my lathe is doing something I cant figure out again.

I still take orders over the phone.

That is UPS Internation Air rates. USPS Post office will be much cheaper. You can finish the order process using the call for payment button or just email me your address and order desires and I will send you a paypal total with post office options.

I think these comments would best be found on you checkout page fwiw. I was about to order some shaft collets ($3 each... shipping was $14.25 to 28031 CLT NC)... not sure how to choose other (USPS/cheapest etc) on the new site.

I guess I'll call/email the order in... it might be nice to have "a button" that would grab the items listed and shoot an "Estimate Least Expensive Shipping Cost" email to the front office... especially if we aren't ordering heavy things.. just a thought.

You can do this by using the "Call For Payment" option. Many items will not go into a flat rate post office box and chemicals can't go USPS. You can also email or call with what you want.

The site looks great! Much more user friendly. Now I'm just waiting on the "Grand Opening Sale" so I can finally pull the trigger on a lathe! =)

Great new website, Mr. Hightower. I just ordered a couple items and used Paypal for payment and everything worked just fine.
Thanks,

Larry M.
