If you were to purchase new equipment, what would be your criteria for purchasing? What is the list you have to decide whether to buy or pass? Please do not name any sellers, or slam any, just looking to see what the general population here uses for guidelines when buying cuebuilding machines.
I myself look at:
1) how a person conducts themselves when selling their products as one of the biggest things I look at first.
2) Secondly, how they handle problems when they arise.
3) How good their product is rated by others that own and have operated for a period of time is another biggie with me.
4) Price is a big consideration, but not the Biggest item, it must be balanced with quality and customer support. I have bought used and been very happy, then bought a new CNC mill on Ebay that didn't live up to expectations and am currently rebuilding myself to hopefully be productive some day.
Thanks for any input.
