What does it usually cost to have a ferrule replaced on a cue?

I am sure it can run a wide range depending on the type of ferrule and who does the work. I am not looking for anything real special in the ferrule material but I also don't want to go the cheapest route possible.

So what do you think about the price range for a decent ferrule and quality work on a cheap cue?
