New Haley pickup

Just received this Haley cue yesterday. I have been looking for one for my permanent stuff. This cue is one of the more basic cues I have seen of Ron's. It is simple but elegant. The picture won't show how all the silver dots around the Fleu de Lis just jump out at you in person.

I have a option on a very nice Haley in a couple of months so my plan is to take this cue to VF and see if there is any interest. It wouldn't bother me a bit to keep this one permanently. There are just not many of Ron's cues out there.

Hey Duane,
Sorry, I forgot to answer your question about the Prewitt in a previous post. I took it down to my basement and hit a few balls with it. It felt really nice and solid. I just put it away after that. I want to keep it pristine.

jimmy, that's a real nice cue, just enough glitter. you just keep finding the best cues.

Another great pick up for you and if the next Haley is even better that will be something I have to see.

Another great Haley and a nother nice pick-up Jimmy. Ron's cues are becoming almost impossible to find. Doesn't sound like there will be many, if any, in VF. His waiting list is now out to 2014!

I remember passing on that cue for I think was 1000 bucks three years ago?
I think it was DAK21 that had it, and I remember someone trying to sell it right before the holidays and having trouble!!!
Go figure!

This post was not meant as a dig, but I regret not buying it three years at 1000. First, always loved the design. Second, Ron makes one hell of a cue, but at the time he was a dark horse. Out of the gate now, considering Ron's entry level cue, points only is 1200, and the wait is years and years...you do the math.

NEW HALEY PICKUP.

I talk to Ron every once in awhile ---- thought he traded in the hybrid for a PICKUP. (sorry, everyone here has atleast one Pickup in the fleet):rolleyes:

And its a nice looking cue. Ron does beautiful work.

mine now along with 1 from matt at VF, the other from cosmo. still looking for more. any for sale? tried to pick up 2 more at VF but 1 not for sale & the other i just missed.
