New Highs

I been playing straight pool for about 3 months now and had my two highest runs last night. Not very high but they were 36 and 32. I can usually get through racks pretty good so I believe my pattern play is good until I reach the last couple of balls, I'm having issues landing on the break ball correctly. I guess that is probably from playing 9ball my whole life and not paying great detail to exact postion play.

This game is addictive......

Nice Shooting !

yes playing 14.1 is an addictive game of Inches, you will learn alot about control and angles if you stick with it.

add your 36 to the 2010 AZ Straight Pool Challenge here in the 14.1 forum

Welcome to our world, and look forward to seeing more post by you here!

if you are having trouble with the last few key balls then your pattern play is most likely the culprit to keeping you from higher runs. designate a key ball and keys to the key, earlier in the rack and my guess is that you will be running 100 in no time.
