Hi Dick, your correct, it's my 4-heaeded CNC saw.. I think that one went to OB, cues, in Dallas. I've built then up to 8-heads.. 4, is better, even for a high production shop..rhncue said:That's the four blade model.

Well, John, it's like this, I must of forgot to tell you, you got the deluxe model, it dosen't need a grill. You have the improved model, always making changes for the better...RocketQ said:Hey blud how come I didn't get the fancy chrome grill on mine??? HAHA not into the bling.... blud said:Hey Don,
was just thing about you and Susan, this morning. I was at the old shop, looking at some jigs and other stuff to haul to the barn. I saw the jig we built and used for the, mounting holes on the saw, and thought about how many beers it took to build it. How many was it???? 2 or 3????
We had much fun while you were here. Are you going to the awards ceremony, in Valley Forge? It's on Saturday night, just off the main entrance. They will have signs and or directions to the room...If so, would like for your two to be with me and Suzanne at our table.. Let me know asap. I have many friends, who are going to be there for the awards show. I really would be hurt if you two didn't make it. You can also bring me some shine, if you get a chance. That would be great, but just seeing you guys would be plenty of fun. Send an e-mail to me at,
poolcues@hctc.net
Just let me know soon.

Chris Byrne said:Well I finally got pissed off enough to go get a new saw for my shaft machine. I rebuilt the old one a few years back and it has worked but I always wanted something better. It has been nothing but problems for the last year or so. So, today I went and picked up a new jet saw and couldent be happier! It is really quiet and runs smooth as could be. The most amazing thing happened too! I removed the cnc fixture from the old saw, made my measurements, mounted the fixture on the new saw, cycled it 1 time and added 1 shim and fired it up and made a test cut. It cut perfect, not even .001 off from how it was running before. The funny thing is I had several shims in various locations on the old saw to make it cut right. I also spent hours getting everything back working right everytime I messed with the old saw. I will get some dust collection going tomorow and away I go. Chris.
Don't shoot it, those are good machines. A little TLC is all she needs.
Hi Chris,Chris Byrne said:Well the saw is still working fine after a couple weeks of constant use. I still want to build a fixture to replace the saw in the future similar to bluds 4 head unit. I will raise and lower the blade from underneath the saw so the z movements will be exact and no chance of cutting off your fingers when changing shafts. That is a project for another day. Chris.

Mike I prefer older machines as they are usally built of better quality materials and made to last. In this case I have had so much trouble with the old saw it has driven me crazy.Michael Webb said:[
