I had one of Bill's cues like this and when you remove the bumper to change the weight bolt.. there is a ring just above the head of the weight bolt that keeps you from being able to back the weight bolt out to change the weight.

Just want to give Gary a bump on this one. He only sells excellent cues and shipment is quick and the best packaging anywhere. That is how my experience was when he sold me the BlueGrass!
