Why not just post a price? Normally I am too lazy to pm people for a price unless I really really want the cue, so if you have a good price, most people wont bother asking. Post it bud.

A bunch of folks on here would buy this cue for less than $200.....instead of offering lowball buy prices on his thread, just PM your offer to him. Posting I'll buy it for "insert ridiculously low price here" is potetntionally harmful to the seller, and you wouldn't want it done to you if you were selling something. Not trying to be a butthead here, but if that is all you can offer to him for the cue, then PM him your offer - worst that can happen is he can say NO. Those who might want this cue won't think that anything over $110 is kinda high in this market (it is NOT). Just sayin'; it's a bit of a pet peeve of mine.....

BTW, "they" are right that putting an asking price on here will usually avoid the posts that I mentioned I don't like. But, two wrongs don't make a right. :cool:
 
Geez, was just having a little fun with Sharkster.

I was asking a legit question about the shaft. Besides, if enough people keep increasing the offer, it may get up to the range OP desired.

Thanks for all the bumps.

The cue has a standard McDermott shaft, not the new G-Core; I didn't care for the hit of the new shafts.

I would post the price but McDermott frowns on dealers posting a price that's less than 20% off MSRP. MSRP on this cue is $429. They are on Ebay somewhere upwards of $300. PM me a DECENT offer and you might be shooting with this cue by the end of the week.
