Jeff has to be one of the nicest guys out there. Excellent work and a pleasure to deal with. Although better known for his South West style of cues, Jeff is more than capable of building pretty much anything you want. Stunning cue you have there.
That is one sweet looking Olney. Please tell us more about the pin in the butt. What bolt and thread count? What are the shafts like, size and such? The shafts look like they have old growth. Love them points... All in all that is a great looking cue.
Hey guys thanks for all the kind words...Mr Olney deserves all the credit....Jeff uses a 3/8x10 brass pin....each shaft is 13mm...one weighing 4.2 oz and the other @ 4.0 oz.....I dont think they are old growth shafts, but I can tell you they are very high quality!!!
I'm sorry bro, but its not for sale....I'm sure the Bushka that Jeff is going to make you will be much nicer than this cue ( in 3 years cough cough lol )
tell us about the Bushka you ordered....
I was only joking Dale. I know you won't sell this cue, at least not anytime soon
To be honest I don't know the specs on the Bushka Jeff is going to make me.
We discussed building one with no inlays and an ivory hoppe ring or one with MOP inlays and flame veneers and I decided for the latter but I'll let him surprise me.
Then he said "OK Tony I will build you a nice one"
I have a feeling he will and and I have another feeling I'm going to be happy with the outcome
