I'm pleased to report that the recent response to this new book has been excellent.

I have received dozens of PMs all with eager interest and desire to purchase.

I thank you all for this outpouring of enthusiasm. I believe the content within this book will confirm that this enthusiasm and support is justified.

Many of you have inquired about the price. Unfortunately I can only provide a ball park figure because I don't yet know the full cost of printing. So, depending on my printing costs I can only guarantee the price will not exceed $60. per copy.

Considering the quality and quantity of content, I think this is very fair.

Here is the table of contents:

I will continually check and respond to your PMs and your thread posts, and I will provide regular updates on when the book will be available for purchase. I know you all understand that I want this project to be the best it can be not only for myself but for you too. For that reason I ask for your patience. I'm anxious to get it out there just like you.

Thanks to all of you,

Tom Wirth

Tom,

I responded ito a thread in Onepocket.org, however, I will definitely buy one. PLease pm me your address and I will send you a check. Also, do you have an estimate when it will be ready.
Based on your posts at Onepocket.org. , I know I will learn quite a bit and look forward to learning more.
thanks,
Phil

Already PM'ed you. $60 is cheap for this kind of knowledge from a player of this magnitude.

Most people will buy Tom's book on his name. Tom is a world class player that can write the book.....and he did. He has the knowledge & passion...knows how to deliver and teach. If you do not know who Tom is.....Research him on www.onepocket.org Tom is someone you should know. Better yet...if you live in S.Florida contact Tom for private lessons....beginner to advanced. Best of luck with your book Tom. It's definitely a one pocket players "must have". I'm looking forward to my copy. Thanks, FrankG

OnePocket Book

Tom is the real deal. His knowledge of One Pocket is as good as anyone who plays. I know Tom has been working on his book for years. If you like One Pocket the insight from Tom will certainly improve your game. You'll get your monies worth after the first chapter.

Mr.TX Poolnut, First, I'd like to say I like your user name here! It's a good one.

To answer your question, no. I believe it would be premature at this stage. Also, because I plan to sell the book privately at first, I fail to see the need for an isbn at this time. Once I decide to sell to retailers I will need to look into this.

I would be interested in your opinion on this thought through a PM,

Thanks,

Tom
