I heard there is a new great software that VNEA used. Does anyone know about it?

Not sure about what VNEA uses but there is another great option out there, http://leaguepoolstats.com. Tracks tons of stats, lots of options. Check out some of the published league stats to see if it's for you...
there is not documentation on the website as to what this software does, doesn't do, etc.. Nor the cost.

2. Division database with tons of division options (rounds per match, players per team, handicap %, etc.)
3. Auto schedule builder that takes into account number of tables in a location. Helps to avoid conflicts.
4. Web published division statistics as well as division schedules.
5. Personalized reports for each player in a division.
6. Personalized reports for each team in a division.
