Heres a link to a nice Pool Room Cam on the West Coast!
http://www.drcuebilliards.com

The cam just got up and running a couple of days ago, max of 20 viewers at a time, the cam is showing a shimmed up tight 1 pocket table, you might see some 9 ball also, table is a Goldcrown 4 with Simonis 860 and Diamond Lighting! You will catch some great games and some good action, See some of the West Coasts better players roll through and play on this table. Cam needs to refresh every hour or so!
Best Cam Hours are from 2pm-midnight pacific time if picture is in black and white and dark were either closed or table is not in use! click on left part of homepage webcam button. Have fun

Very cool. This is where I used to practice and have played on that table several times. Very tight. Watched some very good expensive 1 pocket matches with Harry Platis involved. Used to go up there on Friday nights and check out the action and watch for a few hours.

very nice,

but one small thing. i watched it for 5 minuts.
1pot: break, he scratched, 0 balls over the midline,
10 pots: not a single ball potted
11 poth: scratch
2 ball run
scratch...

and then i left.

i was hoping to see some good games. BUT a webcam is better then nothing. at least it gives me a idea how pool looks like in the USA in barrs.

You will see 90 percent 1 pocket on this cam , If you like onepocket then this is where you can watch it. Thanks hope you all enjoy

Hi - UW, yep tight table, this table has seen some great players over the years, now its time to have it on cam, we are currently working on recording to DVD for players for their lessons, matches, tourneys and so on, now you can come play and then go home and watch what your stroke looked like, or have a copy of a great match. We also will try to put some clips together of great shots made on this table throughout the months. When watching the cam you can also take a snapshot picture of the scene and store it on your computer. Have a Good one!

Thanks a lot, this can be very handy since there is not that many who are playing onepocket in here. So it's more than welcome to see how it's played where it's coming from.

Thanks for posting the site, I watch d & d's webcam sometimes but I'm not sure what their status is, I think they are closing at the end of the month.

I cannot get on. It tells me unauthorized or am not authorized then when I get through it asks me for a password. Help. If I go to help, a window pops up for microsoft and then my computer goes through hell. Takes 10-minutes to clear it.
That direct link didnt work either.
Originally it asked me to download avis something or other, I did, now it doesnt ask me that but I still cannot ger to the camera.

It also goes to table 1, but i only get a blue screen and it tells me I need administrative rights but not how to proceed.

It's now 1:40 am cst. I hooked up to the cam instantly on dsl. Man ....I was ready to watch some one pkt! What do I get? Bevus and Buthead playing 8 ball. lol They're going to have to get a gong at that place. But its' ok, I'll keep trying. Great idea.

I keep checking to watch some good games, and I've seen about 6 or 7 matches so far. I haven't seen what I would call a good player yet, but hey- it's one pocket, it's live, and it's free! I love the idea. Thanks to whoever got this thing off the ground- very cool.

Im still here till Sept 30th, cant find space a pool room can afford

hi- Thanks for responses, we will try to keep it running as best as we can, the cam is just up on a temporary server right now, we are working on getting up and 1000 percent stable, this is my first webcam so its going to take a little trial and error, I might go over to camstreams and get the live chat running with it. As far as some of the players comments LOL!, this is a public poolroom, some are learning also, thats why theres a cam to hopefully bring some of this good talent to come on over and play some and get some good matches going. If your not connecting Sorry keep trying the cam is getting quite a bit of use. Sorry if the cam is bumping you off or connection is lost, we are working on it, keep in mind, I run a pool room but not a computer tech business, I am learning along the way. if anyone needs some help though I will try to help out. Bye the way we are an 11 year old Pool Room. 15 Tables, All Ages, No Alcohol, PoolRoom one of the few left with no Alcohol, Recenently just went through non smoking law that doesnt seem to be helping any of the business owners out here!!! Every time you play at our room here, the table is brushed, rails cleaned and balls get polished after every use. We keep our rates low and change our cloth at least 2 times a year, play in either the quieter front room with shimmed pockets on the goldcrowns or go to the back room with louder music and Play. If Anyone ever is in the area stop on by and check it out.
See Ya

I stopped into this pool hall just a few weeks ago.

The tables were extremely nice and the room had a nice atmosphere to it.

Hi there Matt or Jeff! I haven't watched the webcam yet, but know the table. You need to post on here when any of the good players are on, lol. Mike rarely plays there anymore because we live so far away, but as an IPT event gets closer, we will probably show up for your great Tuesday night tournament, since we like the big tables.

I have played on that table many times...one pocket, 8 ball last pocket with Vince, etc. It is a great room and if anyone lives in the NW, that Tuesday night tournament tends to bring out the best.

Linda
