that's just a digital rendering. not a real table. pocket specs will most likely be same as their other table. i like the looks, just curious to the guts and how its built.
Aw too bad. You know how I am about pockets. I'd guess more expensive and better build than the other one.

the other one is fine IF set up correctly. i've played on SAM's in the past and they were nice tables. i know some mechanics hate them for various reasons but they play good.

They play well enough for the CSI stuff for sure. RKC was on about the lame build quality though. Pricier than Diamond too?

wtf does that even mean? they either play good or they don't. doesn't matter what event is using it. i'm no Predator fanboy but if its a good table that's good for pool. time will tell as always. the new GC7 is the one i'm wanting to see.

He meant they were good enough to be used on a major pro tour so they must be good. I know I’ve heard rkc and other installers say they were a sob to set up but if it’s being set up just once in my house what do I care lol

I don’t hate it.. but like I’ve said about All predator tables I’m not buying one new and paying more for that then I would a diamond.

No one's gonna a make table w/ sub4" pockets. C'mon man. Go play snooker and leave pool alone.
Snooker sucks though. Snooker pockets mean lame defense. Not that I could afford a table but any size aperture should be an option - all pocket dimensions for that matter.

Predator announced an agreement with Yalin as a sponsor for events last year, which I spelled as the end of the deal with SAM.

AFAIK SAM still makes the Apex table. Don't know if that's being phased out or not. I just msg'd them to ask.

Predator said this hasn't been fully determined but its just my WAG that the 7ft tables will still be SAM and the 8-9ft's will be Yalin's. We'll see.

People already complain about wait times for tables, how much does wait time increase if any size pocket was offered instead of 1 or 2 options??
I suppose if it's to be properly done - slate radiusing and all. They could special order only those. Me, I'd only only care about the cut of the rubber.
