predator is comming out with a shaft called the 344TD. it will have microfibre energy atoms woven throughout. the center will be grounded by zouwtainium (rocks found only on mars) it took predator 16 years, and 3 magazine ads to research this. it has 2 patents, one from washington d.c. the other from MAD magazine. it will hit the stores this fall, and retail for $875. they claim at first your game will fall to a skill level 3 in the A.P.A. but within 3 years, after learning to "get the feel of it" you should play on a skill level 4 or beyond!

Funny or not i sure would like to play you if i come to New York which would be a few hourts a way...good playuer or not just curios if you juist like starting thingsup or you could play at all........i don't really care if i lose just to see if you'er legite.

I agree. Whenever I open AZbilliards, I always see these useless threads by almost the same users. But wait till FL ban is lifted.

Hey, this was way more creative than the "Predator sucks" thread. I'm just hoping I can get on the waiting list for their new shaft (I think they are treating it with an extra drop of Retsyn).

Don't worry, there won't be a waiting list. They will have produced 14 trillion by introduction time. That's a great idea, all of their shafts should have been treated, actually soaked in Retsyn. It might have removed some of the stink.

just thought i'd throw some good humour out on the board. sorry if i offended lovers of predator, and for those who "got it" thanks! you see my friends, i guess my "other" life spilled into this one of azbilliards. i love the beatles and led zeppelin, i love seinfeld and cheers, i'm one year older than earl strickland, i'm 43 this june. anyhow, sometimes mixing pool, with other things is "a good thing", to quote martha stewart, speaking of martha, i bet she is now, going to learn how to play pool in jail? she looks more like a propper snooker form rather than pool, any thoughts? oh, and by the way, to the person who posts here as "CARDINAL SYN" i would love to show you my skills, i broke and ran out on mika immonen in 8-ball, and my high run is 5 break and runs in a row in 8-ball, november 2001. i am a skill level 7 on the A.P.A. (the highest) i won over 63 amaetuer tournaments, mainly in 8-ball. so, i would say, i play on or very near to a professional level. i've been playing for 26 years. my biggest win to date was the 2002 january "chances" 8-ball calcutta classic, held in patchouge long island new york. 21 top 8-ball bar table players from all over long island competed. the purse was $2,200. i won. my share was $685, the most money i ever won, to this day. i've beaten besides mika, danny barouty, who is the best straight pool player in new york. and back in 1986, when lori jon jones was ranked #2 in the world, i beat her as well in 8-ball. i guess you could say, my favorite game is 8-ball. i like it the best, for these reasons,: THE PACE: i feel the tempo of 8-ball is thee best. it's not rushed like 9-ball, and it's not in slow motion like 1-pocket. and finally, it encompasses, every aspect of every cuesport ever invented! 8-ball has it all! the break, missing on purpose, setting mouse traps, hurting your opponent while helping yourself on the same shot! shotmaking galore, patteren play, position, saftey's, to me 8-ball is like snooker strategy, with straight pool patteren play. i also, can play 3-cushion, one pocket, snooker, straight pool and 9-ball, as well as korean billiards, and my game i invented run -or-none. but anyway, cardinal syn, headline a post "bernie get in touch with me" and i'll hook up with you. i believe you'll like the hall in which i play in. carom cafe in flushing n.y. check it out at www.caromcafe.com p.s. i am very quiet when walking into a new enviorment. i feel i'm there on business. i have a job to do. to win! everyone else, is carrying on, talking about football, pass the hot wings. everyone is usually taller and louder than myself, i'm 5'6. anyhow, point being, when i screw my Mali M-14 together, and start to play, the entire place goes silent! hence my nickname------------- THE SILENCER.

rar rar rar....

Another retarded thread by someone who doesn't understand the product he's bashing.

Oh i'm sorry i forgot to laugh HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR. I don't play eight ball really but my high run was 3 good enough for me since i only play it when there's nothing to play on but bar tables might as well get my money's worth. Frankly i don't really care for who you faced or have beaten or been beaten.....i call it the way i see it and everytime i go on this forum i see 2 or more new threads started by you that really doesn't go anywhere except for the Anti-Pred thread. And when you say you broke an ran out on Mika does that mean you beat him in the match? The way i see it even begginners can run out in 8-ball and i've seen it happen as long as the balls are scattered it shouldn't be as bad. You make a mistake in positioning there's always at least 2/3 balls to back someones ass up. I've won my share of tournaments here and there amatuer like tournies so by no means i am a pro....dunno why you're giving out alot of personal info but if you must know i'm 20yrs been playing since well lets see 5/6 years. I like playing pool while listening to them led zep Kashmir up in this MOFO Guns N' Roses here and there while drinkin some bud. I've faced some professionals in nineball which got my ass handed to me on a platter but heck i can hold my own for a guy that plays twice a week. Can run a nine ball rack here and there. Used to play snooker back in them highschool days. Haven't played it for years though. But i'll play anyone eight ball though game is too easy IMO especially on them bar tables. Biggest tournament i've been to was the college 8-ball tournament which is $1000 first place not bad....300 some player competed i think i lost to my friend that year 3-2 and he ended up winning the tournament but i bounced back and won the next tournament and managed to beat him first round 2-0 not as big of a tournament as the first one but heck i'll take it. Frankly if this is your idea of humour then maybe comedy isn't your thing. Making threads ain't your thing either alot of BS here and there much like FL. Nothing against that guy either he sure knows his thing just gotta learn how to express himself more. But anyway since this thread is somewhat about the 314 i'll post my opinion on it. I've used the darn thing it's a light shaft which made my cue butt heavy. Well prolly cause the one i owned was tapered down pretty thin. I didn't really see anything bad with it nor any good. I could get the same amount of spin as with my normal falcon shaft. Deflection was the same i think they advertised the deflection abit too exagerrated...you still gotta compensate for it nothing special. So if i were to buy it again then it would be just for the hype. It's a bit overpriced IMO for just a shaft that doesn't really do me no wonders...it ain't no magic wand that's for sure.

hey, i'm a fun cool guy, who would like to play with you, let me know when your comming down to the states, peace.

Silencer: I'm on my way down to NYC. Will bring game. You got some? But you sound a little out of my league...I'll play one set of bar-box 8-ball, and then one set of foosball. ok? Bring your bankroll. :)

This just shows how sad the game of pool is when foosball tournaments are bigger than most pool tournaments.

You see a useless thread, don't respond on it, and those people will stop. Does it really matter that people post threads useless to you?? There may be someone on this forum who actually was glad to find out Predator was coming out with a new shaft. Believe it ornot...no two people are alike!!!!
