Here is a video of a new break training tool. I redesigned an old product so its more affordable. Enjoy. I am selling these for 300 plus shipping for anyone out there that has interest in becoming a master of the break shot.

I call this product "The Break Master"

what's diff in this and the Breakrak???
Not much. Here (on the left) is a pic from the Breakrak home page (https://breakrak.com/products/breakrak-premium-edition) compared to the "new" Break Master (on the right):

have you ever used one??? doesn't sound like it. i've tried an original break-rak and its very close to hitting a real rack without having to rack all the time. SVB has used one for years. if this one woks as good for almost half off it will sell.

just curious what the 're-design' was to make it almost half as much.
Theirs was made of aluminum this one is mostly plastic. The actual working part is almost identical. Im still trying to figure out some other ways to shave costs. But labor for one. The new one takes nearly no machining...most the parts are purchased.

Is the "tension" for the resistance equivalent to what the weight of moving a full rack of balls would be?

If so, how would you adjust it for games with different numbers of balls in the rack?

The reason it works correctly to mimick hitting a rack of balls isnt the cords..that is only to make it return. Its the ball your are hitting. There is an assembly behind it that absorbs the shock of the break shot. The cue ball will give you feed back on whether you hit it square and learn to squat the cue ball.

its just a 9b rack simulator. that's how the BR works anyway. you get your timing/technique down on these and you can break any rack. i remember when Charlie first invented it there was one at the room in town where he went and we all tried it out. pretty realistic.

Its a exceptional tool. Ive sold them for years and years. The only complaint anyone ever had was the price.. so i fixed it.

Wrong Wrong Wrong! The purpose of this product is to keep you from walking around the table pulling the balls out of the pockets,
re-racking, saving time and energy. If you are really spending serious time on your break then this is another tool.
