I have bought 4 or 5 sets of Ridgebacks over the years for my Valley 7' tables and have been very pleased with all of them. One custom set I had made by Kerry had all 4" pockets and they were a big challenge for me but balls went that were hit well.

Has anyone bought or played on the new professional ones? I like the idea that they make the Valley self deeper. Thinking of getting a 4 1/8" or 4" set.

Any reviews on them? Johnnyt

I added ridgeback rails to my 8' Valley. Customer service was great. They were very accommodating to make the pockets smaller and flare the angles to my specifications. My bar box plays very tough now.
Not sure what you mean by "Professional rails," so I guess I don't have those.

I put a thread up recently on having new rails installed on my dynamo.

The training I put in on my table now is quite productive. It's teaching me I need to be switched on for every shot. I honestly believe I've improved night and day since switching to tighter equipment.
Funnily enough, I just got my first break and run on the new rails about 20 mins ago. Being slightly off hasn't been good enough. It can be brutal watching your run come to an end with a ball rattling and sitting in the mouth of the pocket.

Wish I started off with these rails a year ago.

Why have you bought so many sets johnny? They didnt think they had been out for more than a few years.
