A friend of mine found this ?older? Brunswick Model JB Serial Number 1864.....I don't know how old it is but an old water meter bill left inside the table suggests the early 60's???

Any comments, thoughts or suggestions on rebuilding this table would be much appreciated. I'm planning on using some next to new used felt from my home table for the rails (which feel and look great) and the bed to refurbish this table -- used to love to play this game as a kid ;)

Looks like it would be a fun project!
Is that blind broken all the way through or is it just a deep scratch?
I took some rail rubber and felt to Jude Hammond a few months ago to build up a couple of tables for christmas presents.
I've been wanting to do one for my kids.
They just don't know what they are missing out on yet!
Anyway, looks like you have a fun one, and should be cool when it's done- Have fun!

Bumper Pool Tables

Just to satisfy my curiosity, does anyone know if bumper pool tables came in different sizes, or are they all a standard dimension?

New Improved Version

Here's a couple pics of the reconditioned table which still needs to be waxed and buffed......

I'm still waiting to receive my new set of balls for the table

I've got a set of old butterfly Rutigilani cues from Italy that I want to rework with some buckhorn ferrules and stuff ;)

( PLEASE excuse this ugly lime green carpet -- were just finishing up an interior remodel of the house -- hope to have some new blue/grey carpet in by the end of JUNE....I hope  :D )

I've got Balls!

Nice job... Did you cover the rails yourself?

Yes, I recovered the rails myself....it plays great! I used 3M Super 77 spray glue for the rails with just 3 staples on each corner ;)
