How do you keep the ebony dust from getting embedded in the white & green when turning & sanding?

I use an air compressor to blow out and then mineral spirits and more of the air compressor.

But I’m just a low level hobbyist.

Sorry for the delay. I use air pressure while I'm sanding on it. Seems to work pretty well.
