New Rails

I have a 9 ft diamond blue label, the pockets are cut 4.5 in. Where would I go about ordering new rails to make the pocket smaller? I was think 4 3/8 as 4 1/4 is to tight and some shots just don't go.

I would want the same type of rails that are on the table currently.

Next question who could I call to install them and re felt in the southern Oklahoma area? North Texas could work too.
