what are price ranges?what do the shafts weigh, ranges?

price range between us 985 and 1345 plus freight

shaft weight below 4 oz because of balance

p.s: shaft is tapered for Rays's hands , not only use taper bar

nice looking cues....but never heard of him before!! Will make people iffy about the prices!!

Hello , Rays Lin is famous in Taiwan cue maker
many Taiwan professionals use Rays cue as there major cue

:)

A lot of famous Taiwanese Players used to play with Ray's cues.

Chao used to play with one for a brief period of time, but not anymore. He is using a Keith Andy from Japan now as far as I know.

Pei Wei Chang used to play with a plain Ray's cue, before he switched to a Layani cue.

Kuo (the young player who played Wu in the finals in last year's WPC) played with a Ray for a while, then he went to a Tad, which he was using in the WPC, and now a Prather, which I believe is what he will be playing with in the BCA 9 Ball Championship.

I am not sure which one is playing with Ray's cue now. After all, I am only familiar with the ones who have won international tournaments.

Some of Ray's cues I have seen are very fancy and feature an amazing amount of details and really complicated inlay works. My favorite is his "sakura" cue.

yes, some pros used Rays cue before they won the international tournaments
after they won the title , some sponsor want they use sponsor's cue...

but in Taiwan , still have many professionals also use Rays cue ,
maybe they are not famous in international tournaments , but Rays cue
character is nice shot
refer Rays Lin was also a professional player before , so he know what's
cue is best shot , and how he can do the best

every cues went out Rays Lin's workstation , he must shot by himself
if shaft's taper is not very good , he will modify until everything is ok

that is why every Rays Cue have chalk on tips

follow images is Taiwan woman pro , Su Yi Yun , won 2006 Japan open
champion

Nice pictures.

Yes, Ms. Su is a good player. I am so glad to see her won the All Japan Open, it is her first international title, isn't it?

I met her in the All Japan Championship, but I did not spend too much time watching her play. During our brief conversation, she striked me as a very funny and nice lady. She is still young and she has a bright future ahead of her.

I hope her endorsement can bring more business for your cue in Asia.

If your cues hit great, they will become more and more popular. Good luck.

Richard

P.S. For those of you who have never seen one, in the tape of the finals in the 2004 World Pool Championship, Alex Vs Chang, Pei Wei Chang was using a Ray's cue, it kind of looked like a Satin Southwest.

P.S.S. Would you mind to please share with us the answers to the following questions:
1. Does Mr. Lin use any CNC?
2. How does his cut his taper?
3. Are the shafts interchangable?
