New room

Found this on Brunswick's site. I think your room might just fit a 7'.

Not for me

I think the best way to decide if a room is big enough is to allow a minimum of 5.5 feet on all 4 sides. No matter how big the table is, allow that much room on all 4 sides..

A rail shot with a 58" cue will eat up 5 feet of space in a hurry when stroking the shot.

If you have a saw horse set it up 4 feet from the wall and pretend you are doing a rail shot. Then try the same shot at 5 feet distance.

I allowed 6 feet for my table, but I am 6' 3" and use 61" cues. If you do not have the space then it sucks!
