New rubbuer for Brunswick Anniversary

I purchased an Anniversary in Colorado yesterday and am having it shipped to my home in Minnesota.

I will have the rubber and cloth (Simonis 860) replaced on this table and am looking for some info on rubber.

The research I've done says that originally this table would have used a k55 profile rubber. How do I verify the current rubber profile on the table and that this is the correct profile?

What brand of rubber should I use. This will be a nice table and I don't want to use cheap rubber. How expensive is Artemus and where do I get it? What other quality rubber is available?

Next, excuse my ignorance here, I would like to have 4.625" corner pockets and 5.125" sides. I don't know what the pocket dimensions were on this table originally. What is the best way to ensure the proper pocket dimensions?

Thanks for any help.

If you want to keep it pure

If you want to keep it original, replace the rubber with Brunswick super speed K55 from a brunswick dealer or a reputable dealer (with references) who can get the brunswick replacement parts. If that is not available then I think the next best thing is the "Championship Tour Edition K55". The measurements for the various rubber profiles are available at http://www.poolndarts.com/99-Supplies-for-Rail-Work/

Artemis K55 (Intercontinental 66) is $275 a set thru diamond billiards.
So there's no misunderstanding Muellers K55 is standard rubber, not Tour Edition. We carry
the Tour Edition cushions in K55 and K66. The Tour Ed and Pro-Am cushions by Championship
do not use a control strip and both are good playing cushions. The SuperSpeeds are
available thru any Brunswick dealer.

To add - I'd suggest wait until you get the table to inspect the cushions. They may be fine
and won't need to be replaced. To check your pocket dimensions set up the legs/frame/slate and
dry fit the rails to measure the pocket measurements. If they need to be tightened there have
been numerous posts here on the proper way to do it.
