it's got some potential, but really what sticks out is this.....
it looks like it was designed by someone that is a beginner at creating graphic art. The beginners typically try to create something "cool" by utilizing many different wild fonts and many different colors which usually ends up in text that is very hard to read against colors that make it even harder to read. Every text part you have, has a different font, and they're all the wild and crazy fonts.
Use only a couple of fonts and for each one, ask yourself, does this look professional or cheesey? Can you read the font easily? Is the text color easy to read against whatever background you have?
Good luck and practice, practice! Make it enjoyable for the eye to view it, not sensory overload... also make it very easy to view it, not so you have to study it intently to figure out what it reads.
