Here is my newest addition to the family.Just recieved it on Thursday from SW.Was told by Laurie it is the first SW cue with lacewood. pin #345-06.The cue also has ivory ferrules with talisman med tips.All the rings.JP's to match.

Looks great!. My New Southwest is a couple of years away. I taking notes while seeing all the different cues that are being shown. Yours is an inspiration. Thanx.

The lacewood looks great and I like the veneer combo also. If I were ordering it I would have made the large section lacewood with the smaller section maple, but that's just me...lol. Great cue nonetheless!

I agree but Laurie would not do it that way.She thought the Lace in the bottom would be too soft and dent easily.

That sucks! Oh well, it still came out great anyway.
 
You did a good job

As posted on here before, even though I own one, most SW cues look the same to me.

The deal is if youre going to get one anyway (have one, and on a waiting list) the trick is to seperate yours from the rest. You did a good job.

I should have asked Laurie why they have limited the creativity.

Southwest Cue

Beautiful Cue, I like the wood colors and the veneers. I think a leather wrap would look great on this cue. Enjoy your cue
