New Team Name

I picked up this thread from another site and thought it was worth posting here. (Rukiddingme, the posters name) wants a new name for her team. There were several really good team names listed on that thread, but I thought we could do better.

Ok, let's give her some imput for a new team name!

My teams name this year is....Mission Impossible.

I have been on more teams with LAME names than I really care to count.
Way too embarassed to list here. We were once called "the magnificent seven" after the movie. I kinda liked that one.
 
Could use the first letters of each members names to spell something if possible, but the world has enough acronyms IMO.
 
Wish I could call mine "One shooter and a bunch of scrubs"...man I hate watching 2's and 3's battle it out for 15 shots.

By far I think the worst name I have heard is Bob's team several years ago which came in 2nd at BCA was "Taste Like Chicken". I have no idea where they came up with the name and what is intended to represent.

Can anyone top that one?

One of our league teams names is "Hot Rod's and Nice Racks"

..and they do have nice racks if ya know what I mean...

Why (assuming you are the "shooter") are you playing with a bunch of "scrubs" (your words)?
Is it possible you like the fact that you are much better than the rest of your teammates and are considered "PoolGod" to them?
I can't understand how anyone could play on a TEAM and then run their teammates down. :confused:
 
The best one I've seen in years was the "Ray Charles School of Pool". Because some of my teammates have trouble with other sensory inputs, we are considering the "Helen Keller Billiard Acadamy". Its sick but ......
 
We used "Under the Lights" once and won some money, so I like that name.

Most of the time we get (stuck) using our sponsors name..... J/K But it does take the creativity out of it.
 
I kinda like the screen name "rukiddingme" , I use that phrase sometimes when I get hooked off a bad kiss or something. Sam
