New Torquemaster Cue

ShootingArts is proud to introduce the most radical improvement in pool cues since the leather tip, the TorqueMaster™ cue.

With all of the advances in shaft technology the butt has long been neglected. Research revealed that torque(rotational force) could be transferred to the cue ball as well as english. After several years of testing to find the perfect design we have produced not one but a matched pair of butts, one for right hand rotation, one for left, and either can be used without stopping the hand and allowing the butt to slide through and impart spin to the cue tip for shots without english or when enhanced english is not desired.

With this all new force applied to the cue ball what would once have been full masse shots are easily achieved with unprecedented control and ease. Walking the cue ball in a full 360º circle or any portion of a circle is now as easy as a straight in shot!

An additional and unexpected benefit of this technology is that it is now possible to use left english with right spin or vice-versa. Since the forces counteract each other at different speeds, with proper speed control it is now possible to shoot in an “S” curve, making the jump cue obsolete on longer shots. (Our new jump cue will be out shortly to be used only for shots under two feet.)

The introductory price for the set of cues(right and left hand butts, two shafts) is $1200. However anyone ordering in this month only and including your AZBilliards board name will receive both butts, both shafts, and three pieces of our specially processed and privately branded chalk for the total price of only $1000, shipping included!

Order now, and avoid the rush. The butts are available in the laminate colors of your choice with delivery within two weeks at this time. We expect the delivery time to lengthen drastically as these cues get in the pro’s hands and word gets out.

Thanks to all for your support,
Hu (ShootingArts)

Nice 1st April joke, very creative!:)

Waddaya mean Joke? I have over three dozen prepaid orders, two endorsement deals going with future world champions, and I am in secret negotiations with a certain once Important People's Tournament trail for this cue to be official equipment when the trail is restarted. Soon these will be the only cues allowed at their events, and the certified cues required to be used on that trail will cost thousands. The good news is that .0000011% of all sales will be given back to the players.

Perfect timing! I need a new butt. My wife chewed mine off for being on here most of the day. You do take I.O.U.'s, don't you?

P.S.- I need both the right and the left butt.

We can work with you. We are currently taking 100% deposits and IOU's for the remainder of the payments with ten year easy easy notes!

I am sorry, my mistake.

I would like to be put on your waiting list, if it is still possible.

I am going to close down my company, knowing that no one will ever buy another jump or jump break cue, now that the new torquemaster is on the market.

The Torquemaster is also a mighty break cue, since no matter what kind of spin you put on the cue ball, the torquemaster can make the cue ball hit the target with lots of torque, which can be transferred through the pack into the 9 ball and throw it into the pocket. This also works on 8 ball and 10 ball, so the money ball can be made off the break every time. The Torquemaster is truly a great invention!

I like to own this secret weapon before the words get out. I am willing to pay extra if that is what it takes.

By the way, I love the look of that special laminated wood butt section you use.

Thank you.

ouch!

A miscalculation. Thanks for pointing out our oversight. When designing and marketing this product we failed to consider that it would drive all other custom and production cuemakers into ruin.

Regrettably we are going to have to withdraw this equipment from the market. It would ruin too many in the industry and all tables would have had to be modified for 2.3125" pockets so that competitions would be more than lagging contests, another area the stick excelled in. Lags would have had to be changed to at least the eight rail trick shot playoff standard and I hate to think how many rails the trickshot artists would have had to go to.

Oh well, back to reverse engineering the intergalactic space blaster that fell into my hands after Warner Brothers had no further use for it.
