thank you tony, now let's get this filled and enjoy your new cue!
update-hi guys. Got my new unity cue last evening. Must say i'm very impressed. The cue is a "plain jane" birdseye with subtle markings throughout, an amazing clear-coat finish, highlighted by a smooth black leather grip, and rings at all the right places.
The hit is very solid, giving no vibration from the hit of the cue ball. The balance point of the cue makes using this new cue feel as if i've played with it for years. I guess the term would be "natural". It did not have that awkward feeling when picking up a cue and shooting with it for the first time.
Probably the feature that most impressed me was that the shaft appears to be a bit beefier than others. I am not an expert, nor do i really know or understand all the terms of taper, ie: Pro-taper, parabolic, etc. All i can say is that this shaft enables me to move the cue ball around the table with much less effort, thus improving my ability to obtain position for the next shot.
Someone is going to win this fine cue, and i want to have them confirm what i have just stated.
My overall rating = better come get some!
Price = $300 - $400 = awesome!
