New walnut & walnut-burl classy player

[7 Hills Cues]

Finished this up a couple months ago for a friends 60th birthday.. His 3 kids all chipped in and got it for him. Pretty awesome gift if you ask me.
Never got to shoot any photos but just got it back for a shaft cleaning..

He had some Walnut sitting around his shop that I believe belonged to his father. He wanted to use it in the cue.. Its not the most flashy wood, so I found some walnut burl to spice up the butt a bit..

Im a big fan of simple classy cues, so I was really happy with how it came out..

That is VERY nice looking cue! Like how he wanted the walnut used. Nice touch and gester. Im the same about a simple cue! I like to look at cues with 200 inlays but dont have much desire to buy them. Nice work:wink:
