Next Level Pool- LITERALLY

Seems that there is a new chalk every month or so. Anyone know what the current ratings are? If so, please post or direct me.

Gordon Ramsay new cooking show is called Next Level Chef. 3 kitchens on 3 levels
I tot it was bad. Mainly cos of his 2 unimpressive sidekick guest judges
The pool equivalent would be "Next Level Pool". 3 levels-one table on each level. Lowest level can have slow worned out old school table with cranky old service staff while top level will have the best table (no purple balls) with hot models as service staff.

I’m going to play some next level pool today. I can feel it. You ever just feel like you’re in stroke before you even hit the table?

I’ve been under the weather as they do say, and so haven’t played for a week. I finally took advantage of the Aramith Tournament ball set on wayfair - they came in on Saturday but I still wasn’t feeling right, yesterday I was like iffy but the weather was so nice I just played guitar on my porch. I finally got “heart shaped box” down, like where the lyrics fit in and all that.

So today...I’ve got my cues in the car, brand new balls as well that I’m unreasonably excited over, and I’m in possible dead stroke.

Haven't seen the show, but as soon as I saw the preview I recognized that they took the idea from the movie The Platform. It was an interesting movie.

Funny you mention the “million” ball concept. I have heard that for years, then while watching that 14.1 challenge and saw how many balls SVB, Earl Shaw etc ran it got me thinking. A million isn’t that many.

For sure there’s no doubt a million balls will get a beginner out of the gate and pretty far down the road to becoming a solid player.

But after watching that 14.1 challenge and thinking about many years I’ve played. And not played-like the last 5 or 6. And other players I know here and at various rooms, I’d bet there’s lots and lots of people who passed that million bball marker many times over.

I’m curious what other people think about that. 10,000 balls 100 times isn’t really that many when your playing full time for years and years.

It’s impossible to ever know, but it would be cool to know how many balls we have all hit over the years. I bet the numbers are higher than we might think.

Best
Fatboy <——-can’t make a ball after a million anyways lol
I'm sure I've HIT way more than a million balls. I'm still short of POCKETING 50,000 though!
