Obviously fake. Low-res, all they had to do was add and animate (poorly) a single non-measle CB, and the back guy’s eyes don’t track it correctly.
Fake. The position was set up to require something special, not a position that came up in a game. Also the cue ball took a curve on the flat rail that should have ended on the floor.
A lot of those shots I've never seen before and are pretty damn cool.Video

The action on the ball is pretty standard for artistic billiards and pool. Either new cloth and balls or more likely the ball is greased up.
Interesting ideas, though.
