Last month I was ranked number 10 . and today I am ranked number 41..hahaha

The ranking change is telling you that you need to play more. Evidently some of the events you did well in expired.

yes Bob, you are right , I should play more tournaments,

Financially I can't afford to travel East and play tournaments , National or an invitational tournament,

Maybe next year I'll get better after my practice and have a chance to play more.
