Nice story on Efren

I read, I followed the links and read some more. Efren offers so many contrasts he is always interesting. One question, what would his IQ be if it could be measured? IQ tests invariably wind up measuring IQ and education and Efren basically has no education, except in games, many types of games. Pool and chess being the most obvious. Certainly no idiot but is he a savant?
