I wish to put into context some questions I have been trying to get Nick Serdula to answer regarding statements he made on this board in July 2013 of which he has been asked repeatably to state who but has ignored those requests.

I hope the following explanation will show why I have been trying to get Nick to own up to his false statement regarding information I gave to another party of a entirely different matter.
In July of 2013 I was between jobs and I had to sell of some items to make ends meet. One of which was a 1996 Southwest cue that I had in my possession since purchasing it from a secondary dealer back around 2003.
At the same time in the forums was a thread regarding a full splice Scruggs cue. Many Scruggs collectors were weighing in at the time if this was a real Scruggs cue. I had posted my Southwest cue pics and descriptions in the for sale section and I included who I purchased the cue from. I received a pm from a member here who thought it would be best for the sale if I removed that information from my sale because there were rumors of that dealer selling counterfeit Scruggs cues. Please don’t ask me for this information; I have no first hand knowledge of this ever-taking place so I respectfully decline to drag someone’s name and rep through the mud in these forums.
Having a modest collection of Scruggs cues myself, I was concerned about this and considering the debate going on in the forum regarding the Scruggs in question I contacted Eric (Shadowmoss) of this forum to see if he had heard anything of this story. I relayed what I was pm’d. He had not heard of it either.
My surprise the next day in the thread was to see a post by Nick stating I am bolding parts for emphasis:
“Bad got worse. Fake SouthWest Cues are being sold now by someone that knows better. –Nick Serdula
I called Eric back and asked him if he spoke to Nick Serdula on this matter, he told me he had. If Eric remembers I was very upset at the post done by Nick, and I told Eric that I will be pushing Nick for an answer to this. Eric told me that when Nick does these things he typically stays out of them.
I am no sure where Nick got his wires crossed in his conversation with Eric, but the entire thing had NOTHING to do with Southwest cues. I think he has major cognitive issues, in addition to his habit of inserting himself into everyone’s else’s business, so that he can prop himself up as the all knowing cue expert of AZ. As for me, I don’t believe a thing he has to say any more.
If you think about why I was upset, I was selling a Southwest at the time. To the best of my recollection there were only about 3 of them being sold on AZ at the time of his post. This post raised concerns about a cue that I had in my possession for years, that was a genuine SW based on phone calls I made to Laurie shortly after purchasing. I had posted a reply to Nick at the time, and also posted a question on his visitor message page (which he deleted) shortly after he was banned for a while.
I decided to let this sit awhile as I did not want to post this in the main forum at the time, nor did I want to question him in any of his for-sale threads, but since he opened up the door with his Itrader issues, I decided to pursue this matter once again.
Now if this does not elicit a response and apology from Nick Serdula, I don’t know what else to do.
BTW the cue sold, and the buyer and I agreed to send it to Laurie’s shop for her review, I had sent her my description of the cue, and I asked her to give it a good look over to see if there were any additional flaws that they buyer would need to know about. He received the cue, and is very happy about the deal we struck.
