You can't tell them to stop doing it because that's their strategy whether someone likes it or not.

They will have to raise the stakes for you to even endure that type of play.

in a tournament no. but in a cash game yes you can tell your opponent what you will stand for or not.

its like a driver driving half the speed limit in a no passing zone.
